Hello, how are you getting AnyDVD HD to work with Avatar (yes, the red bird edition)? I get the following error message even after updating to the latest version of AnyDVD HD, 6.6.4.3.

Looks like avatar is a real pita!

I installed AnydvdHD 6.6.4.2. Tried to rip Avatar BD, brand new disc. I get an error from Anydvdhd:

I moved your post to the AnyDVD HD forum.

Update to AnyDVD HD 6.6.4.4. beta: http://sandbox.slysoft.com/beta/SetupAnyDVD6644.exe

After installing v6.6.4.4. beta then install an updated BDPHash file. The one from the link below is newer than the one included with v6.6.4.4.

Download that file and install it. Then see if your problem is resolved.

Ooops, sorry ... first time on this thread, and thought page #1 was most current instead of the other way around.

Yeah, just updated to 6.6.4.4 and am currently extracting. Everything seems fine. Thanks and sorry again, Mod!

(p.s. - wow, you guys are fast on the replies!)

(p.p.s. - maybe make the threads load in reverse chronological order - newest to oldest - instead? most other thread seem to be this way? just a thought.)

Ah, you're right, I didn't update the first post. My bad. I'll go do that now.

You can configure on your settings so the forum will order in this way you want ;).

I've downloaded the trail version of 6.6.4.5 and I'm not having any luck ripping Avatar. I get this message:

AnyDVD requires to update a critical component to decrypt the disc "RED_BIRD_2D_WW"

If you do not download the update, decryption will stop

So I try to download the update and it tells me trials aren't able to update. Am I missing something?

I've updated my PowerDVD and can play the movie just fine, but it won't copy.

I have even tried installing the SetupBDPHash.exe with no luck.

what country is it from? What version (retail, rental)?

you get the error because anydvd does not have the decryption key for this release on the internal data base, and only registered users can access the online servers for the keys. you can trail anydvd with another blue-ray

You are using a crack or loader. Cracks don't work. Really. Remove the crack. It will work. Really.

The AnyDVD crack you had installed is messing your system up badly.
Uninstalling and reinstalling AnyDVD won't help.
You must get rid of AnyDiscHelp.dll (NOT an AnyDVD component).
