We understand the way you feel, and since you didn't buy the software, why are you here? You have made your feeling quite known in other threads , please keep your thoughts in one thread or they wil be gone as we all understand your dissatisfaction and hope to see you again when the software is better, so please keep your thoughts in thread. I will only ask politely once.:clap:WHAT SUCCESSES??? This product stinks!

There is a 21 day trial that has been extended. No one should ever Buy before you Try. So as you say " Chill Bud" we have developers working on all issues. LOL. Thank you for your comments, but we understand what needs to be done and it will be done so please have some patience.I am going to repeat what I said before on a previous tread, and only hope that somebody fropm SlySoft reads this instead of repeating "don't buy it if you don't like it" or "try everything out before you burn" messages...
>>>If I was Slysoft, I would stop selling it for the time being, give all existing licensed users a lifetime upgrade reward as a 'sorry', and get working on the issues listed.
I imagine that somewhere behind the curtains, emails have been exchanged....
From SlySoft to Elby : "Dear xxxxxx, Common guys - we are getting hammered for this. There are so many posts and unhappy users, its damaging our Rep. What can you do to sort these issues out? This is not what we agreed to when we agreed to list your product within our collection"
From Elby to Slysoft: "Dear yyyyy, I understand your concern, but chill bud. We have a developer working on a couple of the issues now, and hope to have a new release with some cool new features added in. Oh, and the beaver is now even more animated in the new release"
So I am going to repeat it again, so that Slysoft can cut the URL of this page and send it to Elby....

We are aware of that, do you have another point to make.? Thank you for your loyalty. Many of the features work great, some still need tweaks, it will be done, you have made your point in many comments. I understand.I'm here because I have been a VERY LOYAL CUSTOMER of AnyDVD, CloneDVD2 since 2005-2006. I think they are fabulous products that work great. This product doesn't, period.

It's strange how you ignore the fact that some of us have already told you that we've had success with this program. Admittedly it doesn't work on every disc, but I've had more discs work than not work so far when doing either full disc or movie only Blu-ray backups, MP4's seem to work fine for me as well.
It seems that some people on here just want to continually complain about the same thing over and over. The developers are already aware of the problems and are working on them. continually repeating the same thing over and over won't get it done any quicker.
Some may have had success, seems most that have used 3rd party programs at least for part of the process. Many including myself, have not at least with clonebd. Even their own support advised me to use programs other than clonebd. By offering extended free trial time is an admittance of failure and a slap in the face to those of us who forked over our money, based on your past integrity.
I expected a program that does what AnyDVD does with standard DVD's taking finished product to set top bluray and watch it on TV. Maybe too much time was spent on having developers work on integration with smartphones and such instead of a basic back up process.
Most people expect to get what was advertised when they bought it. When they realize they didn't, they complain. That, my friend is human nature and should be expected, especially after about a month later.
Also, many folks passed on known working programs because of your solid and well earned reputation.
When what was put out is so bad it not only tarnishes the reputation but causes complaints.
High expectations + poor results = dissatisfaction. Dissatisfaction = complaints. Should've expected it and not put people down for voicing their opinion.
Personally I have advised folks where to find good deals on blank media, explained the return policy, and posted more than simply complaints. But some people see what they wanna see. I remember thanking you for some help, asked for a bit more info, and was ignored. But you sure don't ignore a complaint. Is this a complaint or speaking the truth? There is a difference.
You already have a program that does what AnyDVD does but with Blu-rays, it's called AnyDVD HD.I expected a program that does what AnyDVD does with standard DVD's taking finished product to set top bluray and watch it on TV. If you'd already been using the program then your question should have been self evident. All you asked was the basics on how to process an ISO you'd made through CloneBD, I didn't think that really needed an answer as on the first screen there's a great big button that says 'Open ISO Image'Personally I have advised folks where to find good deals on blank media, explained the return policy, and posted more than simply complaints. Personally, I wish they would give you your money back so you'll go away. You do not supply any useful information to help the developers fix problems, just rehashing the same tired line over and over. It seems your only purpose at this point is to try to run people away from CloneBD or squeak long enough that they oil you by giving your money back.
You voiced your opinion, this is mine.
