Hmmm, I purchased anyDVD license many years ago when it was not too old shall we say, 11th December 2008 at 20:16 to be exact, not exactly cheap back then, well to me anyway, but it was for life so I thought it would be worth it. I appreciate laws change and sites do get shutdown. However, to remove suspicion of setting up another site thats, lets face it its identical to the last one in about every sense, simply as a money making venture, you should honour those who have already paid for a lifetime license by replacing it with a new one that works with your latest versions. This is the only honest way. You say you have safeguards in place but history shows these have no more worth than the paper its written on, hence we are here? you even admit it. Yet here we are, willing to take the 'lifetime license' holders money yet again. You should of given them a new lifetime license on proof of ownership of the previous version, not one that only covers some of the versions and not the latest ones. Thats fair play. And thats the honourable thing to have done. Slysoft and Redfox are two of the same, no matter how you dress it up, they are one of the same, same people, same software, same site format and layout. same download format etc etc etc. All thats happened is youve put a bandits mask on the fox, seems appropiate. You can call it any name you like but they are the same. Softwares evolved but does same as slysoft did before it was taken down. Anything other than honouring peoples licenses is a scam. You can call it what you like ,dress it up in what you like but at the end of the day ...its still a scam. So keep on scamming folk if it makes you sleep soundly at night and feeding off those who for whatever reason need to make a copy. This whole affair has left a very sour taste in ones mouth. Slysoft..oops Redfox, you should hold your head in shame. Its a scam, a good one , but a scam. Until Im in dire need of a backup, I'll resist renewing my license...even at a discount. A sad day.
