Hello testiles,
I have tried the two steps above several times for my Unsupported discs, but no Scanner file is created. I updated to the latest scanner version.
I hit the scan button and the result is the attached screencapture and no scanner file created only the log file.

But as Ch3vr0n says, everything you need to know is outlined in post #1, with the tool you'll need for submission in post #2.

Please remove the log files - they're not allowed on the thread - and attach a Scanner report file to submit your 3 titles.

Scanner files will be named "ScanReport_world123...".

Still no luck with this UHD animated feature.

I'll give it until the end of the week, then I'll probably send it back to Amazon for an exchange before the 30 day return window closes.

whatever_gong82, I'm waiting for the same title.

Seems like a while but it's barely been two weeks. And apt to take a lot longer.

Just takes patience.

If you mean to exchange for another disc of the same title, chances are you'll get the same OPD and not be any better off.

Or another OPD and it's not yet supported either. :=)

Video Blu-ray label: ANIMALHOUSE_UPK1
Media is AACS protected!
AACS MKB version 76
Disc wants bus encryption!
UHD Blu-ray disc.
couldn't retrieve AGID!
Cannot process request at this moment, please try again later!
ERROR processing Blu-ray disc!

I get the same behavior for all 3 BD disks. I have been getting this for several older Scan versions if that tells you anything.

So, this disk has already been reported and is Unsupported? If so, what should I get from using the Scanner, etc.?

When you reply to a post, you should type your response after the QUOTE block that gets generated.

In other words, after the "/QUOTE" that's enclosed in brackets.

Otherwise, what you type gets mixed in with what you're replying to and it's hard to make out...

Ok, that's what AnyDVD reports.

I was asking if there is anything shown on the Scanner console after the Scan.

As below...

The "Cannot process request" message in your AnyDVD Status indicates it's unsupported.

It hasn't been reported because as you see there is no Animal House on the List.


After you press "Scan" and afterward "Prepare Forum Post", you'll get information in your clipboard about the new title to paste into a post, as well as the Scanner report file in your AnyDVD logfile folder to attach for submission.

From I what saw in your earlier display, looks like you either didn't press the Scan button yet, or there is some issue with the Scanner and it's not processing your UHD.

That's why I ask what's in the Scanner console after you press the Scan button...
