You can try to add the item you want to your watchlist then open the video from your watchlist page rather than the homepage. The problem might be in the homepage

I found a workaround to the problem. If I load a video from the home page there is no download button. If from the selected video page I add to "my watchlist" then load the video from my watchlist page then the green download button appears and I can download as usual. The title is Mr & Mrs Smith

Hopefully some bowling and white russians were involved.They always help solve problems!

Thanks Redfox 1. I tried your advice no difference. The title of log c is " This Is Me...Now" Also the page is missing the Amazon play button on movies and wherefoolstread's helpful suggestion did not work

Version 1.8.3.0 wworked great on some but still no green button on newer titlles. On logs 0+b the refresh worked but on log c refresh did not produce a down load link. Just lucky I guess

Version 1.8,2.3 did work for me. F5 button also not working. One bright spot is that my quota is still high.

Same here I always use AS for AP so commercials no problem. At $3 a month As almost pays for itself. Great selling point, Skip the extra ad free price get AS.

Good thing you had caller ID

This may not be appicable but every time I log onto AP using a vpn I get a sales page and nothing will get to prime video page. Backing out of AS and turning off vpn goes to the proper page.

Your Honor Paramount+ via AP season one all episodes subtitles are out of sync. Late by about 45 secs. Tried different AS settings same result.

Sorry "The Dude" only makes white russians but I can get you a toe with nail polish by 3:00pm

A great reason to purchase AS is that it removes the annoying advertisements in Freevee and other channels. This is one of my favorite features. I often use AS rather than watch a live stream just to be able to enjoy a show in peace. You will never go wrong with a lifetime license
