Question Should we continue posting here when download button doesn't appear?

I'm just wondering if it is of any use to report these sorts of things.

The film Late August, Early September by Olivier Assayas is on Max as well as Max via AP (expiring soon!) I am subscribed, and it tells me so as well on the film page, but I am not getting a download button. I was able to get other films on Max.
Things I did that did not fix the issue:
- refresh
- logout of AP, exit tab, exit AS, clear AS cache, log out of ALL Amazon windows, clear all Amazon cookies.
- log in via website, then login via AS.
- add film to watchlist via AP website (just in case)

Did you try playing the movie through your browser? I’m trying to play that specific film on the Prime Video app and I get an error. It doesn’t play. Currently don’t have access to my computer to check.

Also try adding it to your watchlist then open the video from your watchlist page. The green download button might appear. That works for me on AP. Then make a couple of white russians and enjoy
