Version 1.8,2.3 did work for me. F5 button also not working. One bright spot is that my quota is still high.

@Pete
Unfortunately it didn't work, I even deleted the 'cache' folder and restarted the PC.

Forget about all this deleting cache folders stuff. It's hardly ever relevant.

Unfortunately, I don't think I will be able to fix this, until I can reproduce it.
It seems to be limited to certain ... areas? I can't really tell.
Log files just won't do.

@Pete I have the utmost faith and confidence in the RedFox team.

Your team will eventually figure this perplexing puzzle out.

@Pete
I could make a suggestion.
You could talk to someone and use some software that has 'remote access' and have access to that person's computer and then you could do the necessary tests.
I can't help you with this because I don't speak English fluently, my native language is Brazilian Portuguese.
This method would be a way to try to solve this problem.

For knowledge purposes: upgraded to beta 1821, cleared the cache folder, but issue remains. Hope in new release fix.

Cannot download from Prime. The download button (red oval) has disappeared. I cleared the cache. Program version 1.8.2.0

EDIT: Problem solved. If the download option does not appear, just press the F5 button. Thank you for the advice.

Ok, let's try this:

Please create a log file like this:
  1. Run AnyStream
  2. Navigate to a page with a title, ideally the same one you made your last log file with, so it's easier to compare
  3. When the download button doesn't appear, wait at least 1 minute (this helps me identify the time at which you refreshed the page, otherwise it all becomes a single mush)
  4. press F5
  5. create log file
This version might behave a bit sluggishly, depending on the speed of your CPU, but probably not.
It will probe the page every second to see if there is downloadable content and log that information (though it will not automatically show the button - this is just for testing)

You could talk to someone and use some software that has 'remote access'
No, unfortunately, that would be by far too tedious. I'd need to be able to debug the software in real time etc... The only thing, that would speed things up would be to really be able to reproduce this locally.

I have tried to reproduce it, even reinstalling my software to see if I could make it happen and I cannot reproduce it.

Don't bother - this only affects the chosen ones. We are not worthy...

Thanks!
Now please try this one:

It's a terrible hack, I'm not happy with the solution, it's anything but clean, but it might work.
Whenever I get to reproduce the problem, I will try to fix this in a cleaner way.
It actually tries to detect this situation and refreshes the page. It may have side effects - if you notice anything unusual, let me know.
It may also simply not work.

It was a little slower and took a while to respond, but nothing unfeasible.
It is important that the problem has been resolved.

Ok, very cool - can you describe what it looks like (for example, do you see a strange reloading of the page?)
Also, can you post a log file, so I can see the inner workings?
In this case, it would be when you open the AS, as if the response time took much longer than normal.
When I use the mouse and scroll down to the titles, it takes a long time to respond, kind of stopping AS from working.
Since I entered the Reacher series that is in the archive and then returned to the home screen, that was how long it took to enter another title.
So I went to the bottom of the website screen and went up again.

I'm sorry, but I would say that this is not a beta version, this version is also located on the REDFOX product page as the main
