Yes it is still incomplete, it show you haven't even tried to download anything. Something is blocking it on your end.

Odd. The something seems specific to some shows and apparently the log file continuously. Also only happens on HBO and none of the other providers. I have been downloading files on the other providers since last Christmas and have down load a fair number of HBO files this month. We have eliminated the network connection and I have 2 PCs plus Jadkins at another location. My windows server PC is pretty basic ie very little extra software installed. Any idea where else I could check. BTW what are you using to view the log file?
 
We will try some adjustments, I have an idea but it's just a shot in the dark, if this was happening to everyone I could understand it, but it is only you, maybe one or two others, all computer configurations are different. I have no control over that. But let me see if a small adjustment will help you. Like I said its a shot in the dark. In the meantime uninstall the program, leave your license info intact, clean all your files and cookies, and cache. Then reinstall the program, and see if that helps.
 
I have an issue with Gentleman Jack as well but it's when I try to download Season 2 Episode 1.
It bombs out and I get the following error " Stream initialization failed. Cannot proceed with the download."

Yes, that is correct, I will have the developer look at it tonight. I apologize for this, we are working on the server, I have to see if its affecting some downloads. But if that was the case, all of the ones that I can download and others can't would not be happening, I think this is being caused by different reasons for each user.
 
Unfortunately hbo max change their security, you can make until 720p with a l3, so problably anystream will make hbo same like disney, don't will have more 1080 and 4k, sadly.

Will everyone that had issues with HBO Max yesterday try again today, we have made some significant changes

Also...European Servers are allowing 1080p downloads of the new episodes people were not able to grab.
I'm getting We Own The City Episode 1 from Poland now.

Yes, I also got it in the Caribbean. But we are international, you know that, we need it everyplace, I am working on it with the developers.
 
Gentleman Jack Season2 Episode 1 has been fixed in full 1080p. Try it and let me know. Install new version 1342
