Looks like there is now a key in the public keyfile for your King Richard!

Refresh your keyfile with the latest version and try the title again, should work.


You did exactly the right thing to indicate the country of Czechia!

The way things are set up, I'd need to put your title on the UN-supported List to add "Czechia" in as a Country selection option.

But since it's probably working with the new key, no need to add it.

So next title, do exactly as you did here and if the title goes on the List, we can add "Czechia" as a Country option on the Scanner.


Let us know how the new key works...

I think I updated afterwards, but someone must have scanned the disc with AnyDVD prior which is why it worked.

Hi.
Yeah. Czech or Czech Republic is missing there. The King Richard disc was made as multiregion disc by WB. Europe + Asia. It is not a Czech only region release.

The options on the standard Country code list were either Czechia or Czech Republic.

I went with Czechia because it's shorter.

You should see that option when you run the Scanner on your next unsupported UHD.

"Country" here refers to Country of Purchase.



I guess your second post there is to indicate King Richard is supported now -- happy to know that.

Not sure what this post is, but one thing it's not is an original Scanner report.

The Scanner wouldn't create a report for a supported title not on the List...


I suppose you altered your original report but please don't doctor Scanner reports.


For one thing, the Scan Reader will pick up the second report and try to process it. Not necessary since the title is not List-ed.

Secondly, changing Scanner reports after-the-fact doesn't change what the Reader sees.

It only picks up what you originally typed into the Scanner itself. By design.

The only thing altering a report does is potentially corrupt the report making it unreadable.

Please keep this in mind.

I just want to say that here in the Czech Republic, UHD discs are relatively very expensive for our currency, so I haven't switched over yet, which I personally regret quite a bit, unfortunately discs from Germany, for example, often don't have Czech dubbing, so I can't take discs from other countries and it's also complicated transport
