That message doesn't really sound like a support issue.

Are you getting the standard "Cannot process request at this moment, please try again later" message which indicates no UHD support?

What the? Something went horribly wrong with that report. There's no titles in it. That shouldn't be possible. Can you detail exactly what you did to create that report?

I think I know what happened.

I just found out yesterday that this is what the Scanner now does when you scan a supported title that is not on the List.

I ran it for two titles yesterday and got this same thing -- and after researching realized this is what causes it.


In Christophe33's case, his title rolled off the List last week from lack of an update.

Gonna work with him to get the update, but yeah, that's a current bug in the Scanner.

Ok.

I think the root of it is that the Prepare Forum button is enabled when it shouldn't be if the only title(s) scanned are supported and not on the List.

I don't know if it is enabled in other instances that don't require a report, but I know it did for me (and apparently Christophe33) in this case.
