Not really. :p That was not a proper test unfortunately. The key was already in the keydb but I was looking at the disc.inf hash and that's apparently different than what the keydb uses. I'm not sure I understand WHY they are different though.

OOPS: I have a bug in the program I use to report the hash. NEAT. AnyDVD is doing the right thing. The Scanner is, too. It's one of my....other programs....that's screwed up. I'll deal with that. :) So yes, NICE! is the appropriate response here as AnyDVD did find a working key for this disc. More to follow shortly as I have another disc about to arrive.

Any report on The Princess Bride? I just tried and it didn't work, but I don't see it on the front page list.

Edit: Also, the scanner doesn't work for me at all. I type in my username, press disc, press scan. . . and nothing happens. The button's depressing animation plays, but nothing else happens. Disc doesn't start spinning up, no error messages, nothing.

Princess Bride doesn't have keys yet. I'm waiting for them to show up for mine and then I'll push it to the keydb. Unless someone else does it first.

As for the Scanner, make sure logging is enabled. PM it to me after you press scan and it hangs.

I updated my keydb.cfg with the Scanner -- only 3 hours after my last update! -- and you can ignore my post of The Last House on the Left. It's now supported.

I'm embarrassed to admit that I don't know how to enable logging.
There are three words at the bottom left, popup, notepad and logging, but there are no tick-boxes next to them or any indication that they are buttons or that there are options anywhere.
OPTIIONS:
POPUP: Selecting/Deselecting this will enable/disable the AnyDVD popup killing function
NOTEPAD: Selecting/Deselecting this will enable/disable opening the Scan Report in Notepad
LOGGING: Selecting/Deselecting this will enable/disable the Scanner log
...: If logging is enabled, you'll see this button and clicking it will open the log with Notepad

I do have the ellipsis that opens the notepad upon clicking; however, the notepad is always empty, regardless of whether I press the scan button or anything else.
To be clear, it's not "hanging" as if loading and never loading. It's more like I have a flash animation open that's just an unfinished button with no script attached to it. Nothing whatsoever happens.
Could this be an issue with me not having an updated version of Java?

Of course it does. A supported title NOT on testiles' list should not generate a report. Since he hasn't processed any reports in over 24 hours, any reports that were posted within those 24 hours are NOT ON THE LIST. Therefore, if it was unsupported 3 hours ago, and is now supported, a new supported report is NOT created.
