1.0.8.0 released : Optional upgrade

No new user facing functionality on this one. It'll work the same as 1.0.7.6. I just had some code cleanup to do to remove something I was testing. And these releases now use an automated DevOps pipeline to build and package the releases. This is SOOOOOO nice. All I have to do is check in code to my git server and once' it's done I get 2 zip files to upload here and my private copy of the scanner is updated for me. I love automation.

Nope that code hasn't changed at all in several versions. I used 1.0.8.0 last night before I posted it (which is why I posted the update to my Death on the Nile) and the popup killer is working fine. Does the popup option look "pressed"? Try clicking it to enable/disable it.

The Scanner requires VirtualCloneDrive for ISO Mode.

If VCD is not installed, it won't even offer ISO Mode as an option.

Afaik, that's the only time the option will not appear.


So, as SamuriHL mentions, make sure you have VCD installed and the ISO Mode option should present itself...

Got it, thanks - and it works, now that I installed VCD! Maybe you could add a small note to the scanner instructions post about this, that could help others with the same question :)
