Prime mostly works for me. When I go the AMC channel, it loops. It appears to keep loading the page. Log attached.

In AS I was presented with a page to a black Friday deal. I chose the option to logon. I logged on. No shows show AS. Same thing via browser, but I can get to shows. Log attached.

When CW was first added I could access some shows. Examples: Children Ruin Everything Run the Burbs About 2 weeks ago, I started receiving "We're sorry, this title has an unsupported format". Did CW revert to the unsupported format for these shows?

Is there some new encryption for higher resolutions, or that is all they are offering? I have tried multiple days, closing and reopening AS. A reboot of the VM had no effect. S05E02 is available in 1920x1080.

Well... Now it's working. I was configured for HVEC. I closed AS, reopened AS, tried again with HVEC. It worked. I wonder if AP is having problems. I started seeing this issue on July 1.

I have been receiving the sporadically. Typically, I wait a few hours and try again with success. The latest is "Leave No Trace" on AP. Log attached.

Apparently AP is really messing with us. I tried "The Keeping Room" with all 3 codecs, but the same resolution. I got the "Could not Decrypt". Changed the codec. Closed AS. Launched AS. Tried to down load with the new codec. Same error. Changed to another codec and repeated.
