That depends on the version of the disc. No logfile, they can't help you. Movies come in multiple version per title and again more versions per region. If anydvd doesn't show a playlist for yours, provide a logfile.
 
I have a Redbox version. I've never had to provide a logfile because people usually list what the correct playlist is. Let me see if I can figure that out.

It's normally not people who should tell you the playlist.
Just insert the disc and AnyDVD will display the playlist in the status window.
If it doesn't provide a log file, please.

Am I missing something here? It's not telling me which playlist to use.

No, disregard, there was some problem with the OPD, NOW it should be ok.
 
The Perfect Match Another Red Box USA log file, this goes to a black screen. Used ANYDVD 8031.

Which playlist/player did you use. Anydvd clearly indicates a playlist, 546.
 
The Speed Menu made a copy of the red box The Perfect Match, no black screen. Plays as a regular movie.
 
Player: software player or standalone, not a pc drive. However since you say you used powerdvd 14, that would indicate that the playlist anydvd reports is incorrect. A developer will need to look at the logfile.
