Spider-man No Way Home DVD copy fails using DVD Ripper to the hard drive at about the 51% mark. Have tried multiple time, cleaned the DVD and get the same error message at the same mark.

Your disc and / or drive is dirty and / or defective. The read error is in the feature film.

Given what James said and that it failed at 51% percent, it sounds like there's a problem at the layer change. This could be the disc, but my experience has been layer change problems are generally a hardware fault, a problem with the drive.

I scan the dvd and it said not all protection can be removed resulting in a no burn to disc. What’s up with that.

What region is your copy? R1? If it's R1, I can tell you I experimented with a copy of the R1 DVD release and it decrypted fine. So, it's either your disc or drive that's the problem. Or possibly some sort of problem in Windows somewhere.

Not all protections being removed. Could that be a problem with your drive's region not set correctly? Close AnyDVD entirely, make sure it's not in the notification tray, and change the region of your drive, if necessary, to match the region of the disc you have.

I don't understand your question. There's no such thing as burning ROM because ROM is Read Only Memory. Burning only applies to media you can write to. Read ROM does apply because you can read ROM but not write to it.

DVD drives have a region setting. It was a means to try and enforce region locks to prevent people from buying outside their country. Some discs and drives need the region coding to match or read errors may occur.

Another thing you can try is downloading DVDShrink, which can easily be found anywhere on the web. The R1 DVD, R1 being Region 1, which is North America, does not have any protection on it besides CSS. You can try making a copy in DVDShrink, but I'm pretty sure it will fail because your problem is either a bad disc or your drive. Unless you're somewhere outside of R1, where the disc may be different.

Do you mean the message box "cannot crack all CSS keys" which asks you to set your drive region code to solve the problem?

I wasn't sure if a log file did have that information in it or not. I had thought that it might.

Same problem Spiderman No Way Home - Netflix DVD in the US, using latest version and even downloaded and installed the 8.6.0.2 beta version thinking maybe that would do the trick. Have tried two different DVDs and same issue that it stops around 53% for me.

Using AnyDVD with CloneDVD.

You have a lot of read errors on yours. Whether that is just defective disc(s) or a new protection, @James would need to decide.
