Hi I'm still getting this message 'Amazon DRM licence could not be processed'

Trying it on 2 movies and still the same.
No VPN, my home ISP & IP.

This currently affects south-eastern-asia regions and Australia and is currently been worked on.

it's currently working again for downloading videos, although sadly the surround sound options still not available.

We are monitoring the audio situation but for now, that is what you will get.
 
I think this problem for APAC region came back again today?
tried several titles, all got error messages
