lone ranger problem

Are you just trying to play back the iso? Have you tried playing back the ripped folder? Did you make the iso from AnyDVD or CloneDVD? If AnyDVD, do you remember the pop-up warning that came up telling you that it isn't advisable?

A quote from one of your earlier posts:

That's not how it's done. Make the iso using CloneDVD from the ORIGINAL disc with AnyDVD running, not an AnyDVD iso. The warning about making an iso in AnyDVD (from a DVD) is there for a reason.

Yes I was just trying anything different at this point as the normal way of doing it was not working... but only on this disc. Again I believe I am dealing with a bad pair of discs.

From the PLEASE Read This Before You Post sticky:
2) Create and post a log:

e) Wait for Anydvd to create a log file.
f) A pop-up screen will appear. Take note of the location where Anydvd created the logfile and the logfile's name. Click "ok".

h) When replying or posting in the Slysoft forums, look for the icon that looks like (in other words, look for the paperclip after clicking "quote" or when creating a new thread)
i) If you don't see that paperclip icon, click the "go advanced" button. You should see that icon now. Click the paperclip.
j) A small pop-up screen should appear (if it doesn't please ensure your browser is enabled to allow pop-ups from the Slysoft forums)
k) Click the "Browse" button, and locate and select the .zip file you created.
l) click "upload"
m) Close the window. When you submit reply, or submit a new thread, the .zipped file will be attached automatically for us to take a look at

Please set the drive region and try again. If it doesn't work after that, please supply another log. From your log:

Please make sure you follow the first step.
So what should you do if you see "Drive (Hardware) Region: 0 (not set!)"
in AnyDVD's status window? Do this:
a. Right click the fox icon on your system tray. Exit AnyDVD. You must do this before continuing.
b. Click on "My computer".
c. Right-click on any hard drive or optical drive.
d. Select “Properties”.
e. Click on the “Hardware” tab.
f. Select the optical drive not set and select “Properties”.
