Help - CloneBD does not recognize GPU CUDA

Does the analysis below mean that my GPU cannot encode or that it is disabled?

GPU is Zotac GeForce GTX 580

Sorry, your GPU is not supported.
Compute Capability 3.0 is the minimum required for encoding.
