HBO Max - Couldn't retrieve Playlist. Not available/requires payment?

Hiya,

I've been getting the attached messages lately on HBO Max when trying to download using AnyStream.

I'm pretty sure it's due to HBO Max and it's "3 concurrent interactive logins" and problems with it's login process, but who knows? :unsure:

Just got it this morning on two.

Error has been reproduced, and sent to the developers. I am only logged into one device and I am getting the same message so its not that. These are Spanish LANGUAGE ONLY MOVIES AND MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE IN OUR REGIONS.

Am able to download these two programs from alternative product, same geographic region (US -CST).

Forgot to mention, I also logon to HBO Max directly, not thru a provider.

These are Spanish language only even through the HBOMax website, that said, they do play on the website, so I see no reason why they shouldn't be able to play on AnyStream, what the other guy does is not my concern. I have sent logfiles and screenshots and all pertinent information to our Level 3 developer. He should get back to me within 12 hours.
