The very least you can do is inform your customers about the situation.
I don't work for Slysoft. Consequently, I don't represent Slysoft, and Slysoft customers are not my customers.
I just try to help out on the forums.
And I think I stated before that "As a fan of the program, I would like to hear about what's going on too."
