I just switched to MS Edge as a browser and downloaded the newest iteration of redfox-8.1.5.0 and was successful connecting to the OPD. I believe my Norton antivirus program was blocking the site. The newest update from Norton must have caused the problem, I guess. Thanks for your input.
 
Ugh norton, last time i used any of their things was when it was still lean, mean and a viruskilling machine. 2003-2004. Anything after that became bloatware (like nero did after nero 7)
