I'm an Amazon Prime subscriber. Once I've paid to rent or buy a video on Amazon Prime Video, will I be able to download that same video using Anystream?
 
You can dowload everything you have access to, including channels.
Only the resolution can vary, depending on the DRM (when Amz updated it, you might only get 540p).
