double sided disks are notorious for being defective. this set was rereleased by redbox as a single disc. the original release was 3 discs. I'm guessing edge problems.

wanted to let everyone know I just renewed my anydvd license via visa and have updated my anydvd. whole thing took about 10 mins.

I have used the monkey and actually became an anydvd user because I got tired of all the problems with it. The monkey actually stopped working on my machine (wouldn't even load the software). After about 3 posts on their board to tell me to do the things I'd already done I was left on my own...

verbatim with the azo mark are great. The other verbatims sans azo are as much of a crapshoot as the others. I get dvd sl for about a quarter a piece at amazon. Been using them for years and 1000s of burns. apart from the occasional manufacter defect (maybe 1 in 500) I've been extremely happy...

I realize that you've been doing this so long that you have many scripted responses. But the title of this thread states RB US which is what I backed up and tested thoroughly. That's all I have to say about this.

3 long titles show up in clonedvd2 which make it bigger than it actually is. the shorter of the 3 main titles is the movie. the other 2 are fake apparently. Full disc backed up fine everything worked as it should menus, even the commentary track. How much plainer can I make it?

I backed up this film this am. had to uncheck the two longer titles in clonedvd2 and it played perfectly.

I have bought Verbatim dvd+r with AZO for years and never pay more than .30 a piece.

No my attempts were without anydvd. I figured out a way to extract the music tracks from the cd and just made a separate music cd with those tracks. Never was able to make a 1:1 copy of the entire cd so I just made 2 cd's one with the data files and one with the music.

Thanks Chev. It's for my daughter-in-laws bible school program and I'm not sure she has time to wait. She's a bit nervous about lending the original to her staff. Do you think going the iso route on my current drives would be worth a try?

Yes I realize that. Multimedia Audio CD would seem the appropriate choice. But the two cd's I just threw in the garbage only contained the files just as a copy made in the normal way. Is there possibly a drive limitation on my pc's drives that prevents a copy from being made? My burner's are LG...
