If you must have 23H2 before its official release you can get it now.

Step 1 register as a Windows Insider from Windows update app.
Step 2 From Windows update select the Windows Insider option, and link your MS account
Step 3 Choose the Release Preview Channel.
Step 4 restart the system when prompted.
Step 5 Run Windows update again and it should show you the update.

For version 24H2, MS plans to disable some third-party UI Apps. I really hope they don't disable OpenShell. They are disabling ExplorerPatcher for sure (which I would never run, anyway). They are also disabling StartAllBack (which I'm not familiar with. must be it does live process memory modification like EP does).
