I have German RIO Blu Ray. When I go to partial copy, I see a lot of clips/titles.
The first 3 titles have number clip #0052 in tooltip.
The first 2 titles have same length, the 3rd is a few minutes shorter. The first seems to be a cutted film, where the first minutes are missing.

My question: How can I see, which of the first two films is right. Or what is the difference?
So how to interpret the titles / clips?

That's what the preview player in CloneBD is for. Watch those titles scan through and see the differences for yourself.
Can be theatrical/extended versions or versions with director comments in-between, ...
Which one is "right" can't be said, that's up to you which one you want.
