Not very good computer, unit was in computer shop, got it back with window 10 reinstalled,

running latest Anydvdhd (8.6.4.0) and Clone (2.9.3.6). region set collectly on Anydvdhd and dvd writer to region 1 (North America).

Looks like Anydvd is able to decode the disc, Does Anydvd automatically choose where to store script files? Clone DVD can't open or locate the file to burn cd? "(VIDEO_TS.IFO) unable to open file"

or is there something more serious

thanks in advance for your help.

You haven't given anyone enough information to diagnose your issues.

Also, you need to post this in the AnyDVD Forum, and maybe the CloneDVD2 Forum as well.

However, a Mod should more than likely move this discussion to the proper Forum.

Please give exactly what you are doing, what disc you are trying to copy, etc.

Don't skimp on details, and tell everyone everything that you are doing, step by step.

Good luck.

:)

What if you create a copy of the disc and then try to open that with CloneDVD instead of opening the original disc?
