for that specific version, perhaps. You need to post a logfile for playlists. Not every version uses the same playlist number
 
Yes Chevron, I do have the same USA Region 1 version. Don't have access to my computer at the moment so I can't add the logfile.
 
Discs come in multiple versions per region, same region doesn't mean same version ;-)

Anydvd states the playlist as 680. Did you try it?
