I cannot help you here, only want to add that you might want to remove the CD Key at the beginning if it is a license key or something similar.
If it is a key for the disc this is about, then all is good.
 
When you say it will not play, what exactly won't play? The DVD itself or an extraction you made with AnyDVD and/or some other application?
 
Why did you now create a new thread, is it a DVD or a Blu-Ray?
Anyway, please post an actual logfile from AnyDVD.

Or it is an issue within Power2Go, but without a log, no one can tell.
