Hello :)

sorry for bad English on this question!

i use a laptop whitout graphics card,
I5 6200U 2.4GHz 16GB ram and SSD
windows 10 PRO 64bit

all is fine whit Subtitles when not using Intel® Quick Sync when play mkv on WDlivehub ,
(BDMV to MKV)

No subtitels on mkv play on WDlivehub when have not used Intel® Quick Sync, what is the reason for that?
(BDMV to MKV)

Are you retaining BD style subs, and if so does your media player support them

Thanks for answer,

i have used only the blueray style in CloneBD when i used Intel® Quick Sync , i will test if it is fine when i use DVD style in CloneBD

Is that with all discs or just a certain one?
What happens when you play back with a different player, like VLC?

thanks for asking, i found the problem, all is fine if i use DVD titel from menu CloneBD insted of Blueray titel when BDMW --> MKV :)

So the WDlivehub does not support BD style subs
