In a word, no as far as anything from PowerDVD 23 Ultra onwards. They permanently disabled (or removed) the code for 4K UHD Blu-ray disc/ISO/folder playback in the latest update of PDVD 22 Ultra, and it isn't even available at all for PowerDVD 23 Ultra, and won't ever be available again from this point forward.Would there be any way to just re-enable 4K UHD playback in PowerDVD 22/23? did anyone look into whether Cyberlink disabled the code for 4K UHD, or completely ripped out the code?
If you wished, please just try to install the trial version of PowerDVD 23 Ultra. It doesn't even attempt to play any 4K UHD Blu-ray disc/ISO/folder that you might have.
Here are the specs for PowerDVD 23 Ultra below -- please notice that 4K UHD Blu-ray disc/ISO/folder playback isn't even mentioned:
PowerDVD - Award-Winning Blu ray & 8K Media Player for Windows
The perfect solution for playing files in all popular media formats. Enhance audio and visuals with Truetheater technology. Manage your entire media library, including Blu ray and DVD movies. Plus, enjoy Ultra HD video playback, HDR10 video, and up to 7.1 surround sound.

So to summarize, if you own a legit copy of PowerDVD 22 Ultra, don't update past PowerDVD 22 Ultra version 3214. Otherwise, you'll lose all 4K UHD Blu-ray disc/ISO/folder playback in PowerDVD 22 Ultra.
