solved with GJ 3.1.1.4 and Image mode...

1. Create a profile
2. Set Safedisc protected game
3. Mark Image mode
4. Play the game
5. End game
6. Wait
7. Drop the DVD from drive
8. Run profile :rock::rock::rock:

how big is the image mode profile - the game is 9gb and I dont have another 9Gb to spare!
