It seems to me that shouldn't be listed in your registry's filter stack. What I just quoted was installed with older versions of Clonedvd--but not with newer versions. Maybe that's the problem (I don't know for sure).
1. Uninstall Clonedvd
a) Keep your license key file backed up safely
b) Uninstall Clonedvd (start-->all programs-->Elaborate Bytes--->Clonedvd2-->Uninstall)
c) Reboot
2. Now remove that entry from your registry:
i) Create a backup of your registry: click
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/322756
ii) Download imgburn. It's a free program:
http://www.imgburn.com/index.php?act=download
(it's also an excellent program in my opinion)
iii) Go to Tools > Filter Driver Load Order. Select "ElbyDelay". Click "Remove Selected Filter". Click "ok".
iv) Reboot
3. Now Install Clonedvd 2.9.2.2
a) Download Clonedvd
http://static.slysoft.com/SetupCloneDVD.exe
b) Exit all Slysoft programs (including Anydvd, Clonedvd2, Clonecd, Clonecdtray, Clonedvdmobile, etc.). Check Windows Task Manager if you have to.
c) At this point disable your antivirus and firewall programs
d) Reinstall
e) Reboot
f) Install your license key (if required)

g) At this point enable your antivirus and firewall programs
4. Now follow the steps from this link in the order that they appear:
