[Resolved] Disney Plus "logout" button greyed out

I've downloaded the most recent version but I am still having problems logging into Disney Plus.
The "logout" button is greyed out and I get the message: "provider setup failed".

I can't say what the actual cause is - "failed: 2" means connecti9on closed by remote host.
Maybe just delete the registry entries for Disney (exit AnyStream before):
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\RedFox\AnyStream\Media\disney\Cache
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\RedFox\AnyStream\Media\disney\CacheC

I tried the above suggestion and I still receive the same error. I've also logged out of all devices. I thought that might help but I'm still having the same problem.

Turn it off, your VPN IPs are being blocked by the provider.
