Hello, I am having trouble downloading movies on Netflix. Received error msg couldn't retrieve playlist. The title may not be available or requires payment. check the log for details. Please help

The last time I saw that message I changed my password and it fixed it, it's worth a try.

You said "movies" is it one title or many titles?
