I am Having the same problem as everyone else so here is my logfile

no u don't, yours is a DVD. You're in the blu-ray section, as such you DONT have the same problem as it's a totally different media/protection

But as a start, set your drive region. EXIT ANYDVD COMPLETELY then go into device manager and set the drive's region

Same problem.

Having the same problem with Mockingjay part 1. Have tried it with both my DVD writers and rip to hard drive with the same results.
I get an error "File 1 D:/Video_TS/VTS_14_1_VOB30 TC SectorReader".
My version is 7.5.8.0
I sent a email to Slysoft support so maybe they can get it figured out
