Where DID I say anything about cloneDVD getting a new engine.
Just because they changed their mind on that does not mean they instead designed things that way for anydvd. Your jumping to conclusions.
Why do the settings mention ArcSoft TMT, Cyberlink PowerDVD ...? All willing partners...
CloneBD is mentioned in the settings, because we decided to hack into CloneBD.
Why? Well, what else should we hack into? Some DVDFab program? Some chinese Blu-copy-thing?
Did you not read this post from JamesEasy.... Hack into CloneDVD. Done.

So even if they hacked into CloneDVD it would make no difference as the hack only works if the audio is being re-encodedCloneBD unfortunately doesn't flag anything. That's why you have to manually tell AnyDVD to remove Cinavia or not.
The problem is, that CloneDVD doesn't decode / encode the audio. AnyDVD currently can only process decoded sound.
Please try AnyDVD 8.0.4.4, this should fix the problem.hello my powerdvd has been decting cinavia on some dvd titles (ISO) the last being neighbors 2 last night i thought this was only on bluray, I have both check marks in anydvd 8.0.4.2 checked to remove and not detect cinavia but it still does also with blu ray titles (ISO) with cinavia.
Just tested it with 8.0.5.0, it is working fine now. Please try AnyDVD 8.0.4.4, this should fix the problem.
i am curious how you dont think it wont.I am curious how you think you are losing "quality and sound" by playing a DVD on an upscaling DVD player versus a Bluray player?
Or do yourself a favour and use CloneDVD2. It works. That's a problem with 1 click, not AnyDVD. Go into AnyDVD's settings > Drives > scan for drive stations > enable "Aggressive scan"
Simple, they would be identical. You don't think you are going to play a DVD and somehow get Bluray quality. All a Bluray player does is upscale the video, exactly the same as an upscaling DVD player.i am curious how you dont think it wont.
