I had Peacock working on previous version and I upgraded to 1.6.8.0 and it wasn't coming up, it just showed "Logout" button. I logged out and tried to log back in, but it just returns to the sign in screen. I tried upgrading to the 1.6.8.2 beta and also downgrading to 1.6.6.0, I get the same problem. I verified my login/password on another device (my email shows that a device logged in). I also logged in on the same computer as Anystream through chrome and it allows me to login.

Log into the website go to your accounts, the provider and log out of all machines

I did as you suggested (logged into peacock on chrome, went to account settings and logged out of all). This did allow me to login on Anystream, but now I'm back to just seeing a blank screen as shown below. All other providers on Anystream are working properly.

Disable your firewall and antivirus and see if the screen comes up, close the program and open it

I just checked your log file and something is blocking it from loading. It is not on our end, I just checked and all is fine. Let us keep troubleshooting your computer.

I turned off my firewall and restarted my computer. I confirmed the firewall was still off and still it is not loading. I also suspected it might be adguard DNS, so I turned that off but it is still not loading. It is interested that it was working fine earlier today on an older version (I think 1.6.7.0 as I hadn't upgraded to 1.6.8.0), but after installing 1.6.8.0 and restarting Anystream, it didn't work anymore. I did not change anything else, but now even installing older versions does not work (e.g. 1.6.6.0). I see this in the logs when I start up Anystream:

00:00:00.760 - [Debug] [tabs] Peacock panel loaded.

Yes I see that in your log file, some on your rig is blocking the header from coming up. Please try uninstalling and reinstalling with a reboot in between.

Do me a favor and update to our new beta.

Its not necessary to post snippets of your logfile, I can read it much better than your posts. Thank you though. Have you tried reinstalling as I asked?

Can you post another log file with 1.6.8.2, please? Have you installed anything new other than AnyStream lately?

I can't think of anything new I've installed and I'm 100% certain that I did not install anything new between when Peacock was loading and when it wasn't. That was a matter of minutes and the only change was upgrading Anystream to 1.6.8.0.

Peacock allows up to three simultaneous streams per account. But this cannot be the reason because you logged out of all devices correct.?

That’s correct, I’m logged out of all and on the website it shows I have two devices logged in, one being anystream.

If the website is working fine on your browser and it's not populating on AnyStream, I will have to talk to the developer. If this was an AnyStream issue, this forum would be inundated with 100 posts. Let's see what the developer has to say. Please be patient.

I have alerted our development team, please have some patience, it is the weekend but they may be around, surely by Monday maybe sooner.

Note: cause and fix are unknown, because the problem simply went away by itself.
