Hi. I'm having the same problem as some of the other people on the board. I just purchased a new license for anydvd and it has been sitting at step 4 payment in process for awhile. I checked with my bank and they don't have any new charges pending. Just wondering if this is normal or not.
Here is my info:
Payment PLV-BYP for Order OT5-7YZ over 628.27 CNY has not yet been processed.
If someone could take a look, that would be great.

Nevermind. Tried purchasing it again through my phone since I couldn't get past the order failed screen on my computer and it worked the second time. I'm thinking I must have entered the card wrong or something...
