I don't know if that matters but i replaced the grantedByCustomerId with XXXXXXXXXX.

When closing AS it crashes.

Oh yes, the aria_xxxxxxxxx_log has 0 Bytes. So no use attaching it.

Sorry, didn't know that. As the beginning of my post is missing now, i add it here:

AS doesn't seem to be able to parse at least Season 3 of the Expanse on amazon prime (Germany). It starts to load the page but stays greyed out.
this affects at least Version 1100, 1101, 1102.
Unfortunately AS writes not logs (0-Byte).

And when i close AS (because everything stayes greyed out) it crashes (see dump above).

I get the same with The Tick Season 2.

Anystream crashed after closing Anystream.

Creating the logfile before closing the application, Anystream doesn't crash.

My log is from Season 2 and so are the pics. I really can't imagine what the issue is. Sorry I couldn't replicate it.

Same issue here. For me, it's for Bosch Season 1 with AP. Season 2-6 work fine, only Season 1 has an issue. Restarting AS does not help. AS windows stays greyed out with loading progress "100%"

@nochzunennen I am looking deeper into the issue.

It is the whole Season because I cannot even start the download. The season does not load, so it is not just that the download freezes, it's the loading page that freezes.

The Page now loads and I was able to download.
But I got the message attatched on selecting the season on my watchlist.
