Question No option for surround sound in Amazon

Today (16th April 2024), I want to update my collection, and when I tried to download some series, it's not showing surround/5.1/EAC/DD audio options when downloading the videos. Is it known? and currently worked on?

I keep some of the .astlog file when downloading.
the Ellyas Pical_S01E03 should be the previous one where I can get the surround audio.
the Ellyas Pical_S01E06 is the new one where I can only get stereo AAC LC audio.
Is this the correct log?

are you downloading CVBR or CBR video? im also getting AAC for CBR across the board (last 200 downloads) , but CVBR does get DD+. did not look closely, but CBR usually comes exclusively with lower quality audio. can not remember if that means CVBR/DD+(higher bitrate) and CBR/DD+(lower bitrate) or CBR/AAC(128kbps max), though...

if you are in Australia, New Zealand or Japan, that is correct there is no option for surround sound. If AMAZON does not offer it, we cannot download it.

I haven't really changed any setting available, so I only used the HEVC codec on the amazon setting. I also just tried the AVC CBR and AVC CVBR and getting the same result for the audio options.

I'm in Indonesia. Yeah it's true, though hopefully it can get fixed since the reason i buy AnyStream is to get the audio options for "Indonesia" since it's almost never available on the web. For now the stereo will do... Just want to know if this issue is known issue or not, if not then it will be feedback to the redfox team.

No surround sound in all regions on some new releases, at least the ones I have checked. Please do not open up another thread on this subject, its a known issue and I am not sure anything can be done. Others are in Surround sound.
