Question No 640kbps DD audio in prime?

Hi mates, am writing this to bring to your notice that I am unable to download movies/series any video in DD 5.1 640kbps audio . showing only 192kbps in DD5.1 max
my region in india and please let me know if I miss anything to know

In the provider settings do you have the codec set to "AVC CBR" ? If so, change it to AVC CVBR or HEVC and you will get 640kbps audio if it is available.
