I read that it's written in red but...
Netflix has been letting me download at 960x540 for at least 3 months now. It's normal?
I logged out, closed the program and logged back in with the password but nothing seems to improve, too many times.
am I doing something wrong?

You don't say how NF has been letting you down. Maybe post a logfile so the guys can help?

That is old, Netflix has an issue with the new DRM and we are working on it. Everything on Netflix is 540p. Please be patient

He said he read that, please read the posts and respond accordingly. I am going to change that banner soon.
