Resolved Netflix Not HD

Is anyone able to get HD videos from netflix? In the past I was able to use the log out, close, and log back in method mentioned here:

But for probably the last month I'm not able to get any videos to download as HD. I tried selecting bunch of random videos and they are all SD.
