Is this the movie you are talking about? I am not in Taiwan. It seems it downloaded fine. But the content did not get decrypted. I will have to look into this further. I cannot reproduce it because I am not in your region. Do other films also have this issue or is it just this one?

As you can see below, this is not something I can reproduce. I am not in this region or anywhere close. I have to believe this is a Netflix issue.
