Can't download Chris Rock's Outrage on Netflix Couldn't retrieve playlist. This title may not be available or requires payment.
It does play in Netflix on Firefox on a PC.

Yes it Played on Firefox on a PC and on a Chrome Streaming Device (Chris Rock Outrage).
I was having a similar problem with Hulu History of the World Part II, which played on a Smart TV but the later episodes were not downloadable.
Wait a few days and try again.
