When I try to load a film it's not working and I see this message = Impossible to recover the playlist.The video may be unavailable or need a payment : Take a look at the Log and I read :
000:00:20.779 (error) (Netflix) Failed to retreive playlist .

I have the basic subscription with Netflix (5.99$/ month) and for the first two weeks everything was working fine but since then .........
 
You will have to post a log file for me.

Help Us Help you. Please make an AnyStream log file with every error report posted.

1. Look at the GUI of AnyStream.
2. In the upper left-hand corner you will see FILE
3. Press File, and you will see Create log file, create it
4. It is in a .zip format (lastlog) on your desktop or in your documents
5. Upload to the forum with your error report and explanation.

Just guessing here:
You have items in your queue, that are no longer available on Netflix?
Solution would be: empty your queue.

To know exactly, we would need a log.
 
The problem may also be that the content was removed from your country
You can use a proxy for the country from which you can download the movie or you can use VPN and choose England especially in Asian movies or tv series
 
... you can also get that message for items "coming soon" but not yet available to watch (or download) on NFX.
