They may have fixed it. Using the script I shared in Post 9 of this thread does not have any audio delays in my MKVs. I'm using MKVToolNix v82.0 64bit.I have mentioned this before. But if you mux MP4 to MKV using MKVToolNix you will get a MKV with a -83 ms audio delay.
