I too have problems with this disk.
IE: Failed to remove BD+, Error 669!
ERROR processing Blu-ray disc!
Here are the logs from both the 2D Blu-ray and the 3D one (UPC 024543328483). Let me know if you need any other info.

Hey, GREAT NEWS! This disk is now fixed, at least the retail DVD, BD, and the 3D disk that I have now all play perfectly. WOW! Pete and the guys turned this one around amazingly fast. Thanks again!
