Had an issue with MAX today that I've not encountered before. While downloading a few titles I was logged out. Upon signing back in there was a notification that profiles were unable to be loaded. I was able to log in from another device with no issue.

Go into the Max website and make sure your profiles are set correctly and not in Kids mode.
 
My son's profile was in Kid's Mode, which hasn't effected AS before. I took it off, relaunched AS and am still experiencing the same issue.

Can you try logging out and in again? Are you saying its okay on one computer and not okay on another? I think this is a temporary max issue in a region or regions, as you know MAX is expanding its network.
 
I have had to remove the provider tab and put it back again in settings in order to log in again. I have attempted it a few times. Most recently it went to the profile selection menu, then went blank again.

Hopefully you are correct that it is just a temporary issue.

Oh, and yes I can log in on my browser or phone with no issue. Only AS login is experiencing the problem.
 
I cannot reproduce it, I know two of you have the same issue. Let's give it a bit of time and see if it continues.
 
I closed AS because it had been left open for a couple of days and I wanted refresh it. When I opened it back up MAX had logged me out, when I logged back in the screen would not populate. I get a message that my profile and watch history have a new home, that goes away and there is a blank screen, no option to select profile or anything. Every time I try to restart the software to see if it will load I have to log back in.
 
Same issue. I went to the Max tab, was logged out, tried to log in, got the error message about not being able to load profiles, then got a blank screen. I went to the Max website, logged in and chose the correct profile, closed AS, then reopened AS and tried to log in. I got the error message again, hit the retry button, had the profile selection screen appear for a fraction of a second, then went back to the blank screen again.

I'm also having this issue. When I opened up AnyStream just now, I was logged out of Max, upon trying to log back in, I just get a completely blank screen. Refreshing with F5, clearing the cache, closing and reopening the tab, etc did not help. The option to adopt session from another browser was also greyed out.
 
add me to the list with issues. Blank screen after login, tried it both by logging in via AS and then logged in from a browser and adopted cookies. Blank screen
Only tidbit I can add is when I first opened AS it had logged out of Max and was on a update your plan to annual savings screen.
