Making Backup of Disney Pocahontas

I have Disney DVD Pocahontas. It is beginning to looked "Very used" Tried to make a backup copy and it and it comes up with error. I even purchased a NEW copy of Pocahontas and tried to make a backup in case it gets scratched.. Got the same error. I am running AnyDVD HD 7.6.9.5

Any hints? or is this not working yet?

"same error", yet you don't say what error that is on either disc you tried. Nor did you provide an anydvd logfile.

We're not even sure what program you are using WITH AnyDVD to try to copy this disk.???
